Agreement
By opting in to receive SMS alerts from Dark Skies Solutions through the Surge platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit the opt-in form.
Service Description
Dark Skies Solutions uses the Surge platform to send SMS messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in. Messages may include deployment opportunities, scheduling updates, training information, operational updates, account notifications, and other workforce communications. This is an operational communication service. It is not a marketing service, and you will not receive third-party marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in SMS alerts. By submitting the opt-in form you represent that you meet these requirements.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. A confirmation message may be sent, after which no additional campaign messages will be sent unless you complete the opt-in process again at dss.surge-command.com/sms-opt-in.
Limitation of Liability
Dark Skies Solutions is not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or technical failures. Dark Skies Solutions is not liable for deployment decisions made — or not made — based on SMS communications. All deployment opportunities communicated via SMS are subject to change without notice.
Changes to These Terms
Dark Skies Solutions may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued enrollment in SMS alerts following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
