Program Description
Dark Skies Solutions uses the Surge platform to send SMS messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in. Messages may include deployment opportunities, scheduling updates, training information, operational updates, account notifications, and other workforce communications. This SMS program does not send third-party marketing or promotional messages.
Mobile Data and Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through this program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is used only to provide the SMS communications described in these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. During inactive periods, recipients may receive no messages for weeks at a time. During active events or deployments, recipients may receive multiple operational messages in one day.
How to Opt In
Complete the SMS enrollment form at https://dss.surge-command.com/sms-opt-in. The consent checkbox must be actively checked and is never pre-checked. Submitting the form without SMS consent will not enroll the user in SMS messaging.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. A confirmation message may be sent, after which no additional campaign messages will be sent unless the user completes the opt-in process again.

Supported Carriers
All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
